Choose access to The Scientist that best fits for your needs. Libraries can literally customize a license for their institution. The Scientist institutional pricing is based on institution type (academic or corporate), number of life science professionals on site (see below), and access level.

Determining your Pricing Level

Print-Only Pricing:
The print only prices include 1 year's subscription to print only — 12 monthly issues. No online access is included.

Online Site License Pricing:
All institutional online site license subscriptions include one free monthly print magazine for the subscribing institution.

Academic Institutions
Online site license pricing is based on the number of students, researchers and faculty in the life sciences department/school.

Corporate and Government Institutions
Pricing is based on the full-time equivalent staff figure of all R&D (research and development) staff within the organization.

Multiple Print Copy Pricing:
If your institution is interesting in multiple print copies and would like a custom quote, please contact your sales representative. Multiple copies from 10+ can be ordered separately or in combination with an online site license.

The Scientist Currency Charging Policy:

If you place an order or request a quote you will be quoted/charged in US Dollars, Euro or GB Pounds rate dependant on the location of your institution as follows:
